The location was fantastic with spacious rooms and friendly staff. The service fell short with broken gym equipment and parking issues that complicated our stay. Despite these drawbacks, the large rooms and convenient amenities were a plus.

Delicious and awesome breakfasts, the stay was excellent!

The hotel was fantastic with great and beautiful location very close to everything. Location: the property was so close to the back alley, shops and many excellent restaurants. I randomly popped in Ferreira Cafe serving some pastries, located just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel, it was nice.

The total stay was such great during Christmas holidays. The staff were pleasant and courteous and made us feel welcome. The hotel restaurant was amazing for breakfast.

This was our (son and I) very first visit to Montreal. We were impressed with the quality of service and cleanliness of the rooms.

(Only complaint) I found the elevator walls and floor to be dirty. It seemed not to have been cleaned the 4 days we were there.

Convenient location, spacious suite, and well-equipped kitchenette made our three-night stay enjoyable, especially since it was just a 5-minute walk from the Peel metro station.

It was great...we would stay here again. I would suggest more linen in the room, as we had no face cloths for three days...otherwise it was lovely. Comfort was number one....location a close second and price was certainly affordable. It was wonderful that the Crescent area was nearby and which was a great evening spot for us. It was a mother and daughter get away for us and we truly enjoyed our first time stay in Montreal. We will be back for sure. Thank you

The location is unbeatable, just a block from the peel metro station. The beds were super comfortable. The rooftop pool was a nice touch too! The staff were friendly and always helpful.

Reception the day of our arrival very nice. spacious suites, great pools and views.

the 2nd day of our stay we needed some help and the lady on duty was rather rude and did everything to send us away without even bothering to call us back. I would hesitate to go for a second time.
